Talia

Sleeps two. On the first floor of the villa, Apartment Thalia comprises a spacious and charming terracotta-floored living room/bedroom with double bed and a single sofa-bed. Two windows are facing the front garden; there is a separate kitchen/dining room with direct access to a raised rear terrace, and a bathroom with washing-machine.
Use of the terrace is shared with a neighbouring apartment. The kitchen has a four-burner cooker, refrigerator, sideboard, cupboard and a wooden table. There is independent gas-fired central heating.

Diana

Sleeps four. Situated on the first floor, Apartment Diana consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and an extra single bed, a spacious living room with comfortable double sofa-bed and two armchairs, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Access is via the rear terrace, use of which is shared with a neighbouring apartment. The living room has a "pietra serena" stone fireplace and a round walnut table. In the bedroom are three windows with views onto two sides of the villa.
The kitchen has a marble sink, a four-burner gas cooker, sideboard, table and refrigerator. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle and a washing machine. There is an individual gas heating.

Dafne

Sleeps two. Located on the ground floor of the villa with characteristic brick vaulted ceilings, Apartment Daphne consists of a combined living room/dining room with open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with double beds and a bathroom. Either the livingroom as the bedroom are fitting an extra single bed.
There is direct access to the apartment through a private entrance at the front of the villa. The bathroom has a spacious shower area and a washing-machine.
